As a parent who understands the importance of supporting your child whilst balancing the needs of your family, I aim to make my services affordable to all. Below is the outline service charges. If anything is unclear or you have any extra questions, please do ask.
Charges from 1st January 2024
General Charges
- Initial Consultation£54Up to 45 minutes
and additional write up time of 15 minutes
- EHCNA£108Drafting education health and care needs assessment request with full review of paperwork held
- EHCP/Working Document£252First review of EHC plan in draft or working document review with file review of up to 5 reports.
Additional reports will be charged at £72.

- Letter Before ActionPlease ask us for an individual cost as these are very bespoke.
- Meeting attendance£72Per hour
- Mediation Attendance£216Preparation for the meeting and attendance
- Hourly rate£72Hourly rate to include but limited to: Ad hoc work, E-mails, Telephone calls, Texts, Messenger, WhatsApp
- TravelTravel time will be individually worked out depending on means of transport. Every effort is made to keep this as minimal as possible and based on the below figures.
- Travel Time £36 per hour – in all cases
- Travel mileage £0.45p per mile and/or – dependant on mode of transport
- Standard class fare if using public transport – dependant on mode of transport
- Overnight AccommodationThis will be charged based on the accommodation cost charged to us.
- PA costs£36PA costs per hour to include but not limited to: Emails, File Management, Messenger, Telephone calls, Texts, WhatsApp
- PA meeting attendance£36Per hour
- Printing£0.05Per page and admin time
- Postage CostPer itemAll our mail is sent by Special delivery per item based on weight

All other tribunal prep and time prior to the actual attendance will be invoiced per hour, normally at the end of the month – please check invoice period when booking.
- Tribunal BundlesNON NEGOTIABLE CHARGE
We require a bound printed paper copy of the court bundle. Unless otherwise agreed this will be printed and charged to account 2 weeks before the hearing date and provided by our in-house admin team.
The cost for this is individual and is made up of:
- Printing costs – £0.05 per page + admin time
- Postage costs – per item Special delivery
- Admin time – £36 per hour
